It’s a wrap!

Last month the fam celebrated my nephew D’s 12th birthday at the well known temple of Asian cuisine known as PF Changs.

The hit of the night and fun for all ages was the chicken lettuce wraps, and so I thought I would put my “clean out the freezer” twist on it. 

I had small amounts of chourico and minute steaks just begging for attention, so I browned them both up with some seasoning, more Latin American than Asian…

Some boiled leftover potatoes all mashed, lines, creme fraiche, farmer cheese crumbles, tomatoes, guacamole, onions and peppers and large leaves of iceberg lettuce. Mmmmmm, tastes like tacos…well not really, but since we are on a “carbs will kill you”kick in our house, lettuce will have to do!
