Color Challenge #5

I had some great red pears that were as big as a teapot, so I cut one of them last nite for salad. I had made a vinaigrette on Saturday so I tossed the remainder of it with baby spinach and baby kale and topped the greens with the red pear, roasted golden beets, golden raisins, dried cranberries and some feta cheese. Love the salty sweet combo!
